The United Community Services Co-op (UCS Co-op) was proud to have strategist, professor, and author Dr. Ginger Grant inspire us with a keynote address at our 11th annual general meeting, held on October 14, 2009.  In hard economic times, the ability to enhance creativity and innovation in any organization are of primary importance. What are the barriers to creativity and innovation in your organiza- tion? How do you overcome them? By sharpening your creative edge, you can develop collaborative tools for transformation towards top performing teams and maintaining enthusiasm and full engagement in the workplace. Using some techniques from visual analytics, a presentation style will be demonstrated that can increase your ability to communicate complex data with a storytelling methodology. Based in the Stanford Creativity in Business program, these tools have a 25 year track record of building creativity and innovation in both people and organiza- tions. This session will explore its unique approach popularized by “Good to Great.”
